The Adventure

Across the Mountain Kingdom

Lesotho, the “Kingdom in the Sky”, is a mountain biker’s paradise: miles of remote singletrack, challenging passes and the unspoilt, picturesque beauty of the Maluti Mountains. Let your soul travel back in time as you sense the tranquility of the Basotho people and their gentle way of African
rural life.

The Trans Lesotho is a great adventure for riders who don’t have too much time to spare. We leave early on the Thursday to fly to Bloemfontein and are back in town shortly after lunch on the Monday, after the flight home from Durban. In between lie four great days of riding, over 330 km of the Malutis, lots of climbing and some awesome adrenaline downhill.

Accommodation is in comfortable lodges along the way and the trip is fully catered with great food. We handle the transfers, the backup vehicle and the logistics, you handle the pedalling.
